This week was British Science Week. This year's theme explores change and adaptation. Year 2 took their science learning leaning outside this week. They worked collaboratively to complete an egg box investigation searching for living, once alive and never been alive objects. 'The Gingerbread Man'. The children have been great at participating in several activities, including sewing, painting and baking their own gingerbread person. Year 2 had a great theme day for their Great Fire 🔥 of London topic and loved taking part in a range of different activities. Year 1 designed and made moving toys as part of their Toy topic. They learned about moving mechanisms with a chassis, axle and wheels and created their own designs of the vehicle shape and colour.
